An established property management company seeks a highly motivated, reliable, organized, and positive accounting professional that can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in coding various General Ledger accounts: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger work across multi-company environment.
Proficiency in general ledger accounting and bank reconciliation processes.
Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
3 years or more experience with Quickbooks. Knowledge of Buildium a plus.
Microsoft Office Skills proficiency: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Ability to create & maintain Excel spreadsheets for various tasks.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle & complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bi-Lingual. Strong command of the English language (written & verbal).
