Job Description:

An established property management company seeks a highly motivated, reliable, organized, and positive accounting professional that can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in coding various General Ledger accounts: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger work across multi-company environment.
  • Proficiency in general ledger accounting and bank reconciliation processes.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
  • 3 years or more experience with Quickbooks.  Knowledge of Buildium a plus.
  • Microsoft Office Skills proficiency: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to create & maintain Excel spreadsheets for various tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle & complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bi-Lingual.  Strong command of the English language (written & verbal).
  • Notary preferred.
  • $60,000 + to start
