Title: zizzl Health Divisional Sales Manager
Location: Wisconsin
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager - Inside Sales



Responsibilities:
The Divisional Sales Manager position offers a competitive base salary plus an attractive unlimited commission opportunity. Individuals in this role will be responsible for securing broker reseller relationships and driving employer sales through those relationships in their assigned territory. Specific duties will include (but not be limited to):

Identifying and securing contracts/relationships with broker resellers within the assigned territory, parameters and quantity determined by zizzl management.

Managing and supporting the zizzl Health broker reseller producer relationships. This includes proactively training and supporting them on zizzl Health product updates, prospecting techniques, client presentations, technology demonstrations, quoting, and client contracting.
Partner with the zizzl Health technology support team to ensure the zizzl Health quoting application is up to date for the plans and rates within the assigned territory.
Partner with the zizzl Health service team in ensuring broker resellers are appropriately licensed and appointed to sell the required IFP products within their assigned territory.
Proactively take the initiative to build and apply knowledge about our products and solutions.
Assist in improving the competitive position of our product by identifying, tracking, and documenting competitor strengths and weaknesses.
Actively participate in zizzl sponsored professional development and training initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.
Be willing to travel 60% of the time in your territory visiting brokers in person.


Additional Requirements:

College degree required.
A strong competitive spirit.
Proficiency in Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong analytical, multi-tasking, and written/verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Strong time-management skills.
Experience in successfully balancing multiple high priority projects.
Excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills.
2 Years of health and/or ancillary benefits insurance experience preferred
Licensed in Accident/Health and Life Insurance preferred
