Why We Need you!


The Revenue Operations Director will provide thought leadership while partnering cross-functionally with multiple business groups to enable company success through the ongoing maturation of Salesforce and ancillary tools. They will act as a Revenue Operations business for our company's Salesforce instance and will be a key figure in support our overall tool strategy.

This is a people leader role who will focus on tool and process improvements through ongoing development, processes simplification and governance. Metrics to measure improvement will be used to articulate impact to our revenue process. The team consist of US based; primarily remote employees but may also expand globally. Contractor management is in scope as well.

Success in this role requires not only strong people leadership and development, but also the ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of internal process design, new capabilities, business Insights, KPIs, systems, and tools for the overall Ivanti business. The core scope will be to enable business decisions through greater simplification and advanced process capabilities.

This individual will be a hands-on leader who also oversee plans, as well as project outcomes. They will own and/or monitor programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interface with their internal customers and applicable department leaderss. Finally, this individual needs to be able to work cross-functionally and globally with our business partners across multiple time zones.



What You Will Be Doing:

  • Drive improvements of our salesforce environment and ancillary tools for Revenue Operations
  • Oversee our RevOps tool strategy and in terms of administration, ROI, utilization..
  • Apply process simplification. documentation and improvement principles to examine business issues and drive proposals
  • Support Ivanti's transformation goals through planning and execution
  • Work in close partnership with Revenue Operations, IT, Marketing, Order Management and Sales
  • Perform continuous monitoring of activities to identify areas for improvement and enhanced operational efficiency
  • Facilitate cross-functional councils to prioritize change management across our tools and processes.



To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:

  • 5+ years people management experience
  • 10+ years of significant experience with a software or hi-tech company
  • A minimum of 5+ years advanced experience specifically with Salesforce and ancillary applications
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Skills, including experience advanced Excel Skills
  • Experience with CRM and forecasting tools a plus
  • Experience with vendor and contractor management
  • An analytical mindset with superb communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Cross-Functional leadership, Program & Project Management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle various tasks with attention to detail.
  • Sales Operations or Sales Enablement Experience is a plus
