Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic learning programs aligned with electrical, structural, and mechanical manufacturing processes, procedures, and organizational goals.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify training needs, establish learning objectives, and create engaging training materials (e-learning modules, videos, presentations, and job aids).
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, implementing continuous improvements as needed.
Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Production Operations, and Engineering) to ensure learning programs align with organizational initiatives.
Manage budgets and optimize resources, including vendor selection, to ensure cost-efficiency.
Ensure compliance of training content with regulatory requirements (FAA, OSHA, DoD, etc.).
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Domain Expertise: Extensive knowledge and experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, and Structures/Mechanical Learning Program domains.
Industry Experience:
5+ years of experience in mechanical/structures assembly, materials and processes engineering, and/or manufacturing research & development.
5+ years of experience implementing process improvements.
5+ years of experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments with competing deadlines.
Technical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
3+ years of experience in Instructional System Design methodologies and adult learning curriculum development.
Hands-on experience with:
Structures and mechanical manufacturing processes and documentation (specifications, blueprints/REDARS/MBI, planning/MESci/GOLDesp/CMES/Velocity).
Learning management systems (LMS), course architecture, curation, and maintenance.
Experience with e-learning platforms, multimedia tools, and project/program leadership.
Experience delivering stakeholder and executive briefings.
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems, Material Review processes, and Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM).
