CAS HR/Faculty Actions Supervisor

Posting Summary
Provide, guidance and oversight and manage the integration of complex components of faculty actions including faculty workload, enrollment management, schedule of courses, reappointment/promotion/tenure (RPT), departmental guidelines, Chair/Director/Professorship appointments and searches. Interpret, communicate, and ensure policies, procedures and timelines related to course enrollment, faculty actions and appointments are adhered to. Serve as college authority and Dean's representative in these processes.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor's degree in related field and three years' related leadership/management/supervisory and customer service experience required. Proficiency with HRIS productivity applications and data management systems required. Effective writing and communication skills required. Ability to work in a team environment, coordinate complex projects, attend to detail with accuracy, take initiative, and utilize effective organizational skills required.
Desirable Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel desirable.
Anticipated Pay Range
$65,000 - $80,000
