What part would you play in this role?


The Enabling Operations Business Liaison is the prime lead to a line of business working closely with key leaders in identifying value and connection within Enabling Operations as defined from the customer’s perspective and leading the effort to align activities and resources around value creation and support to the LOB. The business liaison will play a key role within the Enabling Operations organization in developing and maintaining optimal relationships with operating partners and cross functional teams including IT, Finance, and Business Development. This person will be the trusted advisor across many organizations to promote collaboration on projects and coordinate activities by functioning as the official point of contact. The business liaison will streamline communications between multiple organizations in situations where it's necessary for them to work together.  This individual will help handle communications, conflict resolution, and incident response to drive efficiencies, and streamline operations.  The ENO Business Liaison will attend program meetings, maintain communication records, identify and solve communication issues and develop healthy professional relationships.


 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Cultivate strong relationships with key LOB leaders and team working closely to understand current and long term initiatives and bringing the right support and direction back to ENO for execution.

  • Utilizing a consultative approach and data analysis to create value, identify opportunities and implement solution

  • Collaborate with lines of business representatives and leaders to support important strategic initiatives or service

  • Ensuring effective communication by linking enabling operations and Enabling Operations for process and workflow improvements

  • Partners with LOB leaders and team to facilitate support of initiatives from the ENO teams to drive improvements.

  • Aids in communicating changes and needs related to LOB’s back through ENO for quick adjustments and support

  • Responsible for managing projects and resolving obstacles to streamline operations.

  • Address questions and concerns from stakeholders and ensure appropriate team members are engaged in solution development.

  • Establish and monitor value stream metrics for value stream health and to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Partner with data teams to develop reports and other written correspondence to keep program leadership and customer informed in partnership with Enabling Operations leadership

  • Will prepare and deliver verbal communications, such as face-to-face meeting participation, and written communications, including building reports and providing meeting updates, to colleagues, operations, and the external customer.

  • Will serve as mediators, so their duties also include negotiating with others, developing and fostering relationships, getting people to understand others' points of view, and understanding the Enabling Operations business and how it supports and impacts program operations.

  • Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams and locations throughout the value stream

  • Must have experience developing a plan of action to drive improvements and efficiencies.

  • Must have strong business acumen and executive presence to provide updates to key leaders.

  • Must be extremely detailed oriented and organized to relay information between multiple teams.

  • Experience building strong relationships in order to deliver high-quality customer service


 


Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience

  • Proven experience in a liaison or related role, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

  • Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within an organization.

  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when required.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


 


Pay and Benefits:


Pay Range: $112,000.00 - $137,000.00 plus annual bonus eligibility

The Leidos QTC Health Services pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
