Job Title: HOKA Associate Product Line Manager - Performance

Reports to: Sr. PLM, Performance Footwear

Location: Portland, OR - Office-Hybrid

The Role

The HOKA Associate Product Line Manager - Performance will join an inspired product team aimed at delivering compelling, unique solutions for runners across the world. Leaning on our bold, innovative, and unexpected brand ethos, this role will help create forward-thinking performance footwear solutions through an authentic HOKA lens.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role include but are not limited to:


  • Be a champion for the HOKA Performance consumer - stay "in-the-know" on the competitive landscape and evolving consumer behaviors to share that knowledge with the team.

  • Model PLM excellence - manage one to two styles each season across multiple categories, operate with a sense of urgency, and learn through relentless curiosity.

  • Demonstrate growing strategic thinking - work with the team and cross functional partners to build a strong understanding of product positioning and category strategy.

  • Communicate with passion and accuracy - present clearly and passionately at key product gates, and represent the brand externally to at key trade shows and events.

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who is passionate about performance footwear, thrives in a close-knit and fast-paced team environment, communicates clearly and proactively, and demonstrates curiosity daily.

  • A clear passion for running and performance footwear.

  • 1-3 years of related experience (performance footwear product line management, merchandising, or sales).
