You know your supplier and member needs better than anyone else and are constantly thinking about what is next for the merchandising areas you will support. Success in this role requires working cross functionally across various merchanting categories to help them achieve their brand and item strategy, an analytical mindset, influence and communication, attention to detail, following processes and procedures, and adapting to moves and shifts in the business. results into strategies

• You are tenacious, dedicated and thrive working with ownership, autonomy, and a healthy

dose of competition

• You have omni experience.

  • Developing strategy and growth of high-risk categories and subcategories by identifying relevant trends to meet diverse customer needs.

  • Growing the categories, you support: planning, budgeting, forecasting and driving growth for the category and establishing a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape
