Standard Work Hours:
Weekend Days F-Su 4am – 4pm
Responsibilities
Performs troubleshooting on equipment such as mechanical presses, lathes, shears, welders, etc.
Troubleshoots hydraulic/pneumatic equipment and components using schematics and/or drawings.
Maintains machines, fixtures, jigs, etc., in proper operating condition.
Dismantles machines or equipment and removes and replaces defective parts.
Repairs or installs new parts and reassembles machines or equipment and adjusts to required operating performance.
Create and attach special fixtures, guards, or other safety devices.
Move and install equipment..
Perform a variety of work as directed by the Group Leader.
Qualifications
What You Need To Succeed:
Two year Associate degree preferred and 0-2 years work experience required.
Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS
Our jobs require:
Standing long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending
Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
