Responsibilities

We are building over $30M projects up to $300M across all sectors.. Our pipeline is built out to 2026, and we are anticipating continued growth.
Corporate Initiative Project Management and Implementation:
Meets with decision makers, system owners and end users to gather and define problem statements and develop solutions.
Partners with IS team and developers to identify and establish scope and parameters of system solutions and effectively communicate expectations and timelines.
Develops project schedule, manages project meetings, notes and actionable items. Forms relationships and follows up with project team members & strategic partners and identify blockers and strategies to overcome.
Develops strategic relationships across departments to proactively get feedback, data or responses as required to advance a project forward.
Manages project expectations as set by Director.
Ensures projects are completed on time and within established quality standards and develop report outs to clients or project sponsors.
Develops training curriculum, coordinates and leads training sessions.
Tracks and measures projects success, collects feedback and recommends potential modifications.
Change Management:
Leverages relationships within Shawmut to build momentum on driving adoption of new solutions.
Actively participates in meetings, group and company-wide training and initiatives (e.g. initiatives to improve processes and systems, etc.) to support and promote the value to others of involvement and to further company goals.
Ensures implemented standards are maintained and upheld in each initiative.
Develops & executes change management strategy and plan for projects.
Actively works on developing change management skills to be used on projects.
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in Project Management, skills resulting in profitability and strong client outcomes.
Construction industry experience is strongly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite, specifically the creation of PowerPoint presentations and Microsoft Project scheduling. Experience with CMiC, Textura and/or Procore is a plus.
Bachelor's degree
CRITICAL SKILLS/ SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
Understanding of construction principles, practices, procedures, means and methods preferred.
Interest in analyzing company process issues within the organization, such as operational efficiencies, financial optimization, technology analysis and rollout.
Thorough knowledge of senior leadership and regional legal trends/risk.
Outstanding relationship-building skills.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to create a culture of inclusion and belonging by acting with courage, humility and curiosity; desire to learn about others and self-reflect.
Ability to build team relationships, stay organized, handle various projects at one time, follow up and make accurate decisions.
Has a sense of priority and detail to document best practices for the organization.
Ability to envision options and facilitate the best solution, developed in concert with business units and others.
Able to analyze data, identify trends and provide a concise report out
Ability to multi-task and oversee diverse initiatives.
Be entrepreneurial with creative thinking skills.
