In this role, you will:
  • Support the operations of a specific business line
  • Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
  • Perform business operations that are administrative in nature
  • Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation
  • Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners
  • Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies
  • Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives
  • Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups or a specific line of business
Additional Responsibilities May Include:
  • Execute end to end business processes including oversight of all required documentation
  • Work with internal partners to provide support and resolve questions regarding published procedures, process flows or process related documentation
  • Support change management processes
  • Manage team mailbox and respond to internal inquiries
  • Work under limited supervision to analyze and solve complex systems
  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Customer service focus with the ability to analyze, research, and respond to moderately complex customer or agency issues and complaints
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of real estate valuations and titles
  • Must be able to navigate Microsoft Suite products to manage meetings, spreadsheets, and brand standard job aids.
  • Must have experience with process streamlining and applying LEAN business strategies.
