Responsibilities: The Production Manager / Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the production teams by developing and leading the supervisory staff. This includes coordinating activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals.
Job Type: Full-Time located in Princeton Kentucky

Core Responsibilities of our Production Manager/Superintendent:

Role reports to Plant Manager
Supervise all Production Supervisors
Oversee all aspects of production
Ensuring safety, quality and productivity goals
Train and develop supervisors on effectively leading their teams
Monitor production performance metrics daily and respond immediately

Qualifications for Production Manager / Superintendent:

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent four-year college or technical school and/or 6 or more year's related experience and /or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience as a Production Manager, Plant Manager, Plant Superintendent, Production Superintendent, etc.
Technical or mechanical aptitude preferred
Ability to build, inspire, motivate and mentor supervisory employees and their teams
Excellent project management skills
