Job Description

• Support the genetic characterization of cell lines expressing therapeutic proteins.


• Responsibilities include mammalian cell culture, viral ransfections (AAV and AdV), data analysis, troubleshooting, participation in project teams and maintaining detailed records.


• Perform measurements with Vi-CellMetaFLEX


• The work is highly collaborative; requiring excellent communication skills and a desire to be part of a team.

• At least a BS in Biotechnology or Cell Biology, other scientific related fields can be considered.


• Experience with mammalian cell culture andaseptic technique are required
  


• Authorization for employment in the United States

• Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance ofSpring House, PAare encouraged to apply.
