We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Early Careers Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top early-career talent, including interns, graduates, and high-volume novice phone queue associates. You will develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external institutions to support the growth of our early career programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and Execute Campus Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement recruitment plans targeting students and recent graduates, tailored to meet business hiring needs across various departments.
* Build Relationships with Universities and Colleges: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key academic institutions, career services, student organizations, and faculty to enhance the company's presence on campuses.
* Organize Campus Events: Plan, coordinate, and attend on-campus and virtual recruiting events such as career fairs, networking sessions, info days, and company presentations to promote our early career opportunities.
* Identify and Engage Top Talent: Proactively source and connect with high-potential students and graduates through networking, social media, job boards, and campus events, maintaining a talent pipeline for future needs.
* Interview and Assess Candidates: Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluation processes to identify the best candidates for internships, graduate roles, and apprenticeships, ensuring alignment with our values and business objectives.
* Collaborate with Internal Teams: Partner with hiring managers and early career program leads to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and ensure a smooth selection process.
* Ensure an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive, transparent, and engaging experience from application to offer.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, such as time-to-hire, diversity in recruitment, and conversion rates, providing insights for continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.
* Promote Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity initiatives in the recruitment process, ensuring our campus recruiting efforts are inclusive and representative of diverse talent.
* Stay Current on Recruitment Trends: Continuously research and implement innovative recruiting strategies and stay informed of industry best practices and trends in early careers recruitment.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on early careers, campus recruiting, or graduate programs.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with students, universities, and internal teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume recruitment campaigns simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and campus recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Passion for identifying and developing early-career talent.
- Adaptable and flexible in a global team environment
- Knowledge of diversity recruitment strategies and best practices.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% for local and regional career events, as well as team engagements
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Workday Recruiting.
