We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader who effectively creates greater impact across the organization by playing a key role in bridging gaps with stakeholders and projects to ensure the highest level of effectiveness and positive impact for the patient. Key activities owned will include championing and coordinating the implementation and performance tracking of department priorities, ownership of budget management, effective processing and resolution of escalations by channeling actions across the department to drive a culture of continuous improvement to the patient experience. This individual will possess exceptional interpersonal skills to create strong relationships across all cross-functional and alliance partners ensuring clear and timely communications across stakeholders. The candidate will have a strategic mindset and own end to end ad-hoc project execution and play a key role driving the acceleration and cross-functional effectiveness of key strategic projects that are critical to the delivery of Dupixent PSS strategy.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:
Alliance Governance & Patient Support Services Communications: Lead efforts to deliver timely updates and information across the alliance, field, and PSS stakeholders, ensuring awareness of key operational changes impacting business delivery. Collaborate with the Head of PSS to establish metrics promoting efficient resource use and positive patient outcomes.
Budget Management: Oversee budget management with regular updates to leadership. Proactively communicate vendor and contract statuses to ensure timely execution with finance and procurement teams.
Change Management: Drive change management initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation of new processes, tools, and strategies while addressing resistance effectively.
Department Priorities & Performance Monitoring: Support annual priority development with the Head of PSS Strategy & Operations and Senior Director, Strategy & Marketing. Lead monitoring of core initiatives, ensuring alignment with KPIs, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Manage escalations and channel information to the Quality Improvement Team to evaluate and deliver process improvements, enhancing the patient experience.
Project Leadership: Oversee key projects to support best-in-class PSS execution. Provide operational leadership for Dupixent PSS programs, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and execution excellence.
Collaboration & Insights: Partner with leaders across PSS Performance, Marketing, Quality, Field Reimbursement, Sales, Brand, and Specialty Pharmacy to share learnings and insights. Work with field teams to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans for improvement.
•Market Analysis & Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform program optimization and support best-in-class PSS programs.
Customer Feedback: Collect and communicate key customer insights and feedback to inform program improvements.
High-Performing Teams: Lead and inspire high-performing teams by coaching and motivating cross-functional members while fostering strong relationships with alliance and vendor partners.
Strategic Planning: Support short- and long-term planning, including financial forecasting, resource allocation, and proactive communication of risks or opportunities to improve strategic outcomes.
Audit & Compliance: Collaborate with global audit teams and ensure adherence to corporate compliance guidelines.
Leadership & Culture: As a member of the Strategy & Operations Planning Leadership Team, model executive presence, foster cross-functional collaboration, and promote transparency, thoughtful risk-taking, innovative thinking, and continuous improvement. Drive alignment across teams to support an agile environment and excellence in execution.
About You
Self-starter with strong project management and leadership skills
Commercial business knowledge and understanding of key market dynamics in PSS.
Financial and analytical skills
High situational and personal awareness
Structured, with strong communication skills including writing.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in autonomy with limited guidelines.
Ability to prioritize and assess business needs in order to decisions to drive progress.
Innovative thinker
10+ years in Commercial Operations environment with project management experience required.
5+ years in Patient Support Services, Brand or Field management experience preferred.
