In this role, you will:
Provide expert consultation and communicate the medical significance of laboratory data to referring physicians.
Deliver accurate and timely evaluations and diagnoses across a wide range of anatomic pathology specimens.
Engage actively as a vital member of AEL's pathology team, fostering a team-oriented approach to patient care.
Contribute to the continual improvement of our pathology services and maintain a safe, collegial work environment
All you need is:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Active Tennessee medical license (or eligibility to obtain one) with support from AEL for any additional licensure required.
Board Certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology or the American Osteopathic Board of Pathology. Fellowship training or proficiency in Cytopathology and/or Hematopathology is a plus.
