Job Description
Position Overview
As the Manager, Project Controls Documents & Process, you will be responsible for managing the document control and process compliance program for our construction project, supporting the implementation of management of PWA Compliance (IRA, State, Canadian), Local & Domestic Content, and DBA tracking for federal projects, and auditing processes & reports. The Manager role will be heavily focused on collaborating with key construction stakeholders to define our required structure and building this within our current company systems.
Responsibilities
Manage the document control program by auditing, reporting, training, and establishing a governance program to ensure compliance within each project
Support revisions to existing documentation based on the needs of the company
Support the implementation and management of the PWA Compliance for the IRA, State, and Canadian programs
Support the implementation and management of the Local & Domestic Content on qualifying projects
Support the implementation and management of the DBA tracking for federal projects
Organize and maintain a document repository to ensure end-user utilization is as efficient as possible
Communicate changes to relevant internal document owners
Ensure internal procedures are policies reflect current regulatory or contractual requirements
Audit processes and create reporting to ensure compliance with program guideline and processes
Train staff on document control policies
Prepare ad-hoc reports, as directed by management
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
8+ years of experience working with process controls, document management, or auditing
1+ years of managing direct reports
2+ years of government contracting experience
Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, project management or legal pr
Master's degree
Experience with project coordination and management of projects with multiple levels of interface between vendors, internal staff, and other stakeholders preferred
Excellent solution-seeking, teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions and follow tasks to completion with minimal direction
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Certifications in Six Sigma, PMP, CBAP, CBPL
Working in energy, construction and infrastructure industries experience
PWA, Domestic/Local Content, Energy Communities, DBA experience
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
