Prepares and distributes various reports within specified timelines
Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion in handling sensitive information including personnel files and employee information
Screens mail as required; responds to information requests, provides necessary follow-up, and/or forward to appropriate party
Serves as receptionist, including administering visitor registration and safety protocols as applicable and directs phone calls via the switchboard
Schedules and coordinates meetings for various stakeholders as requested; manages attendee list and agenda and/or catering arrangements
Processes purchases as required and code invoices as appropriate
Organizes meetings/seminars both locally and off-site including coordinating with vendors and managing timelines
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of and ability to manage the major responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the function or department
Knowledge of processes, tools and services for managing the acquisition, maintenance and dissemination of physical and electronic information
Ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of local and remote teams
Knowledge of and ability to use office support tools available at the desktop (e.g., Microsoft office, especially Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Knowledge of and ability to use personal computers or workstations
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Primarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting
Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs., occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Frequent standing/walking may be required
