Job Description:
Baer is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor Functional consultant for a 12-month project
Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor Functional consultant
Location: Remote with some possible occasional travel
Duration: 12 months
Rate: All-inclusive+ expenses if any travel is requested
Start date: February 2025
Description:
- Define, build, and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function's alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results
- Lead business process workshops and advise the client on the impacts of adopting the Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor (T&L / OTL) solution
- Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions
- 6+ years of professional experience delivering HCM solutions; preferably Oracle Cloud
- Experience with at least 2 full life-cycle implementation of the Time & Labor for Oracle Cloud HCM
