Our expectation at this time is you would work from our office on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday with flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday. Job Summary:
The Sr Director, Go-To-Market will lead and transform the product marketing and sales enablement functions, setting the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams. This leader will shape product positioning, drive product adoption, and deliver market success. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Sr Director will serve as the critical link between product, sales, and marketing, ensuring cohesive strategies and execution.
This role requires a visionary leader who can elevate the quality of product marketing activities, craft compelling product narratives, attract top-tier talent, and adopt innovative approaches to product storytelling and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building best-in-class product marketing organizations and managing products from conception through launch to broad adoption.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for all products to drive adoption and market leadership.
Positioning and Messaging: Define and refine corporate and product positioning, messaging, and value frameworks to differentiate the brand and resonate with target audiences.
Sales Enablement: Build and oversee a world-class sales enablement program that equips sales teams with the tools, training, and content needed for success.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the executive liaison and strategist between product management, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product marketing efforts across the lifecycle, including strategy, launches, rollouts, and adoption tracking.
Organizational Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent to build a high-performing product marketing team.
Innovation and Storytelling: Leverage new storytelling techniques, technology, and methodologies to enhance the impact of product marketing efforts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Product Adoption Rate: Measure and increase product utilization and customer engagement.
Market Share Growth: Drive measurable improvements in market share across target segments.
Customer Feedback Scores: Improve segment-specific customer satisfaction and feedback metrics.
Sales Enablement Satisfaction: Ensure high satisfaction rates among sales teams regarding enablement tools and support.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in marketing, business administration or a related field is required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
Master's degree preferred.
Experience
Minimum 10 years' Product Marketing experience in B2B Technology companies, with proven success in driving product success and growth.
7 years of management experience required.
Extensive experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful GTM strategies and product launches.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align teams and drive collaboration.
Expertise in creating compelling product narratives and value propositions.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including at the executive level.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and drive measurable results.
Other
Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.
Intermediate knowledge of product/project management software tools is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking. Ability to develop creative / non-traditional solutions

Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups
