The Client is seeking a skilled WellView Trainer to join their team, offering expert-level training and support for WellView applications. This role is office-based, with a standard schedule (no on-call, per diem, or mileage).
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-depth training on WellView applications, addressing functionality and user inquiries.
Support both field and office teams with training, data standards, and issue resolution.
Conduct training for new hires and maintain training records.
Facilitate daily training sessions for Operations Technicians and D&C office personnel.
Ensure quality control of well data, including costs, phases, and schematics.
Develop and maintain WellView training documents using department templates.
Perform ad-hoc WellView data pulls and assist with data standards, such as library standardization and recurring cost initiatives.
Collaborate on UDL updates, report modifications, and training documentation in response to D&C requirements.
Track training progress using a training matrix, covering onboarding, crew changes, and scorecards.
Conduct audits and contribute to the development, implementation, and updates of D&C manuals.
Provide 24/7 WellView support to address field and office inquiries.
Create, update, and standardize WellView reports, exception reports, and audit materials.
Required Skills
Expertise in WellView applications, including report creation, queries, and WLR audits.
Strong knowledge of drilling and completions operations.
Ability to train diverse teams, from engineers to operations technicians.
Proficient in developing standardized guides, functional requirements, and recurring cost frameworks.
Effective collaboration with IT teams for tool updates and functionality enhancements.
Excellent organizational skills to track training, trends, and audit findings.
