Associate Transformation Practice Leads exist to ensure 120VC hires and develops consultants that master and implement 120VC's ways of working with clients to drive growth for their companies, and rapidly develop those that do into Transformation Practice Leads, obtain customer referrals, steadily grow 120VC in new and existing clients, and to quickly exit those that can't or won't.
Qualifications for the role
3+ years working as a Program or Portfolio Leader, with Big 5 consulting experience or similar.
Demonstrate mastery of an Enterprise Portfolio Management method by sharing examples of how you have used them to successfully lead your Portfolio of Projects to success.
Demonstrate proficiency in a market-leading Portfolio Management tool by sharing examples of how you have used them to successfully lead your Portfolio of Projects to success.
Adept at performance coaching C-Level Executives.
Responsibilities
Work closely with your Transformation Practice Lead to obtain customer referrals & steadily grow 120VC in new and existing accounts.
Work closely with your Transformation Practice Lead to implement 120VC's ways of working to transform clients into single, unified, high-performing teams solely focused on advancing objectives that improve customer satisfaction, team member satisfaction, or profitability.
Work closely with your Transformation Practice Lead to enrich 120VC's team-focused culture by hiring and developing team members that emphasize collaboration, assistance, and shared knowledge.
Work closely with your Transformation Practice Lead to identify, develop statements of work, and lead client initiatives that transform operations and mission-based teams from cost-centers to epicenters of growth for their companies.
Provide Transformational Leadership Performance Coaching to client executives & their direct reports.
Moderate and contribute meaningfully to 120VC Leadership Accelerator Forums.
Conduct a weekly 1 to 1with your team members to train them on the use of the 120VC Transformational Leadership better practices and attend at least 3 billable client leadership-facing meetings weekly.
Work closely with your Transformation Practice Lead to lead weekly account-focused team meetings to identify opportunities to grow our services within existing accounts.
