Meet is seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to dynamic teams. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative functions, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with leadership and other departments to facilitate effective communication and project management across teams involved in developing cutting-edge small molecules and biotherapeutics for cancer treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure smooth operations and alignment with departmental goals.
Prepare, proofread, and edit internal and external communications, including emails, presentations, and reports.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring they are handled in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate and arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all materials and equipment are prepared and available.
Track and maintain office supplies, order inventory, and manage office equipment to ensure efficiency.
Maintain confidential information and adhere to company policies on data security and privacy.
Support the execution of departmental projects by assisting with research, data entry, and document management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects and tasks are completed on time.
Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties as needed to support various departments in the organization.
Requirements:
High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
At least 2-4 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
Experience with administrative functions in a research, clinical, or laboratory environment is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office equipment.
