Collaborate with Business Development, clients, and prospects to assess opportunities.
Design project scopes with clients, trade partners, and designers.
Create accurate project estimates by assembling materials, labor, and costs.
Use templates for proposals, SOWs, and related documents.
Oversee low voltage/technology work, especially Fire Alarm and Security projects.
Manage workforce adherence to plans, schedules, and safety standards.
Negotiate material and equipment pricing, ensuring timely delivery and returns.
Monitor project costs to meet profit margin goals.
Track opportunities to support revenue and workforce planning.
Work with Operations and Finance teams on ERP entries and financial responsibilities.
Requirements:
5+ years of project management experience in the low-voltage industry
Experience in designing, estimating, and managing fire alarm, intrusion, video surveillance, and access control systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal)
Additional Info:
Base salary range: $80-90K (depending on the experience)
Schedule: 8am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday (appox.)
Location: Onsite with the ability to travel to projects up to 15% of the time!
