Job Description:

Job Duties/Description:
  • Collaborate with Business Development, clients, and prospects to assess opportunities.
  • Design project scopes with clients, trade partners, and designers.
  • Create accurate project estimates by assembling materials, labor, and costs.
  • Use templates for proposals, SOWs, and related documents.
  • Oversee low voltage/technology work, especially Fire Alarm and Security projects.
  • Manage workforce adherence to plans, schedules, and safety standards.
  • Negotiate material and equipment pricing, ensuring timely delivery and returns.
  • Monitor project costs to meet profit margin goals.
  • Track opportunities to support revenue and workforce planning.
  • Work with Operations and Finance teams on ERP entries and financial responsibilities.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of project management experience in the low-voltage industry
  • Experience in designing, estimating, and managing fire alarm, intrusion, video surveillance, and access control systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal)

Additional Info:
  • Base salary range: $80-90K (depending on the experience)
  • Schedule: 8am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday (appox.)
  • Location: Onsite with the ability to travel to projects up to 15% of the time!
  • Type: Direct hire
