An exciting opportunity to delve into the world of pharmaceutical analytics at NS Pharma, this role will work collaboratively with marketing, sales, patient services and access teams to maintain reports, dashboards and supporting applications. The individual will actively participate in commercial planning by leading actionable analyses and communicating results to drive action and impact.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(Include but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned)
Maintain recurring dashboard updates and management presentations.
Maintain operational files such as field alignments, account tiers and customer segmentation.
Update sales forecasts and analyze sales trends.
Conduct ad hoc analyses from a variety of data sources.
Support related field employee training.
Support a variety of sales CRM configuration needs.
Support and enhance existing dashboards as well as build out new dashboards.
Optimize existing workflows/code for higher efficiency
Research publicly available information to evaluate disease categories and competition.
Analyze anonymized patient-level claims data to answer important business questions.
Perform quality checks on dashboards, reports, third party data and internal data.

Must be an eager, self-motivated and goal-oriented problem solver.
Must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a group involving stakeholders with a variety of technical and non-technical backgrounds.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
Critical thinking and the ability to be accurate and efficient.
Education &/or Experience
Must have a degree (graduate preferred) in math, statistics, engineering, or data science.
Must have programming experience and advanced Excel skills. e.g. Python, R, VBA, SAS, etc.
Knowledge of statistical tools, business intelligence tools and data management tools. e.g. Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Alteryx
Biotech &/or pharmaceutical industry experience a plus.
