Our client is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide support for the human resources department. Responsibilities will include e-filing, submitting actions, office coordination, and support training set up.
Required Skills & Experience • High school diploma with at least 4+ years of administrative experience. • Proficiency in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, handling phone calls, taking dictation, and composing memos. • Familiarity with HR systems and processes, including e-filing, submitting actions, and supporting HR staff with various tasks. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees, managers, and external parties. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
