Job Description:

Summary: The primary role of an Executive Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. They act as information and communication managers for the office.
  • Duration: 6 Months
  • Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ, USA (4 days in office, Friday flex day)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
  • Prepare responses to routine inquiries.

  • Ability to multi-task and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential

  • 2-4 years of experience required
