Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lean Manager to lead our continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The person in this position will be responsible for quality operations, developing a Center of Excellence and will assist with auditing operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in lean methodologies and will be responsible for driving process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence. This role requires strategic planning and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and projects while aligning with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lean strategies to optimize processes and reduce waste across all departments.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying areas for improvement and executing projects that enhance productivity and quality.
  • Conduct regular assessments of processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions on lean principles, tools, and techniques to empower employees at all levels.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process improvement initiatives and report on progress to senior management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align lean initiatives with overall business development goals.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
