The Manager-Revenue Cycle is responsible in overseeing the employees who are working remotely or in an office. This individual will evaluate the progress of the Early-Out Representatives maintaining employee records, quality assurance, etc.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct the daily activities of the department
Coordinate account inventories and report daily/weekly to the Operations Director
Monitor staff training
Maintain time and attendance records for staff
Coordinate and/or assume responsibilities for employees during absenteeism, heavy workloads/call volumes, etc.
Some travel may be required
Coordinate overtime to accommodate workloads when necessary
Report and document employee disciplinary problems to Operations Director and human resources
Conduct quality assurance measures (i.e. auditing accounts, employee productivity, assist with evaluations of employee work performance)
Work closely with client service manager to ensure performance matches client expectations and inventory flow properly through the cycle
Adhere to prescribed policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and the Employee Code of Conduct
Maintain awareness of and actively participate in the Corporate Compliance Program
Assist with other projects as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
Epic Systems experience is required
Experience with patient accounting processes is required
Early Out and Healthcare Collections experience is required
Must reside in or near Louisville, Kentucky. Hybrid role
Ability to effectively work and communicate with coworkers, staff, management and clients
Ability to present oneself in a professional and courteous manner at all times
Working knowledge of personal computers
Demonstrate initiative and creativity in fulfilling job responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy work environment
Must demonstrate strong leadership abilities
