Part-time administrative assistant for a Local Marketing and Advertising Agency. Assistant will also be responsible for handling a variety of duties related to daily operations and client meetings. The main duties include creating reports and sales presentations as well as reconciling media buys, generating pre-logs, and post-logs, and pulling website traffic reports.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of campaign progress reports
- Pull data from analytics and generate reports
- Assist in creating sales presentations
- Assist with general bookkeeping tasks including creating invoices, bills, and inputting bank transactions into accounting software.
Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in media sales/traffic department preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bookkeeping and graphic design skills are a plus.
