Job Description:
This role will require the candidate to assist with the creation of annual Nevada state report.
- Auditing expense reports
- Identifying missing items (e.g., names on a sign in sheet vs names within the expense system)
- Making copies of reviewed items requiring follow up from a sales rep
- Creation of an email to provide to sales representatives regarding the missing items
- Collection and documentation of emails received from sales representatives (regarding the items in question)
- Adjusting transactions within transparency system
