Job Description:

re you a seasoned Payroll Manager with a background in construction and a knack for system implementation? We're looking for an experienced professional who excels in management, prevailing wage work, certified payroll, and implementation of systems.

This is a fully in-office role that requires a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in payroll management.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all payroll activities and employee pay processing, including prevailing wage and certified payroll.
  • Implement payroll systems and manage system operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Review and reconcile payroll data and rectify any discrepancies.
  • Establish payroll policies and procedures in line with federal and state payroll requirements.
  • Work closely with management and staff to address and resolve payroll-related questions and issues.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll management.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Proven experience with implementing payroll systems.
  • Strong knowledge of prevailing wage and certified payroll.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
