Key Responsibilities:
Conduct hands-on operations, including the setup, cleaning, and sanitization of various manufacturing equipment.
Prepare buffers/media in accordance with defined manufacturing procedures (MPs) and SOPs.
Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols while following all relevant documentation.
Monitor and perform critical processes, demonstrating basic troubleshooting skills.
Conduct in-process sampling of equipment and operate analytical equipment.
Carry out washroom activities to clean both small-scale and large-scale equipment used in production.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace within a clean room environment, adhering to strict gowning and safety requirements.
Initiate quality deviation records and assist in drafting and revising documents (SOPs, MPs).
Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to routine functions.
Review documentation for assigned functions, including batch records.
Engage in rigorous, repetitive work, and work safely around high-pressure systems and heavy equipment.
Be available to work various shifts (Days, Swings, Graves, Weekends, Holidays), including 5x8hrs, 4x10hrs, and 3 or 4x12hrs, as dictated by the production schedule.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, OR Associate's degree with 4 years of Manufacturing/Operations experience, OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Manufacturing/Operations experience.
Proven ability to work effectively in teams and complete operational tasks.
Strong adherence to following documents and policies.
Initiative in creating a positive work environment through collaborative interactions.
Ability to regularly lift up to 35 lbs. and push/pull objects requiring up to 50 lbs. of force, with the capacity to stand for extended periods.
Capability to perform physical movements necessary for daily functions on the production floor, including bending, reaching, climbing, kneeling, and standing on ladders.
