We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a financial services company in Aventura, FL. This position combines administrative and organizational duties, including running errands when needed. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Compensation is up to $150,000 base salary + annual performance bonus + 100% employer-paid benefits + company cellphone and laptop.
DUTIES
Serve as the CEO's primary gatekeeper, answering phones, routing calls, taking messages, responding to emails, managing calendars, arranging travel/lodging, sending memos/reminders, booking appointments/meetings, assisting with special events, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least 5+ years as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
