Our client located in Richardson, TX has a need for a Part Time Administrative Assistant on a 4 month contract basis and could go contract to hire for the right candidate.

Part Time Administrative Assistant Role:
The Part Time Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks. This role will involve assisting with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally, taking messages when necessary.
Draft and send client communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all correspondence.
Manage the mailing of confidential and sensitive documents in a secure and timely manner.
Enter and update data in Excel accurately, ensuring information is properly organized and accessible.
Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies, handling ordering and restocking as needed.
Part Time Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 1 year of administrative experience
MUST be able to work a 30 hour work week
Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Suite
Flexible, self-motivated, energetic, and uses time productively and efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
