Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting senior leadership in Finance or hospital administration
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Super User in Excel, Power Point and Word
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Must manage confidential and sensitive information and interact seamlessly with senior leadership across the network
