Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support one of our senior partners. In this vital role, you will manage daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent client service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the partner's schedule, coordinate appointments, and arrange meetings.
  • Client Communications: Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Office Organization: Maintain office supplies and manage inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain both digital and physical records with attention to detail.
  • Project Support: Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in an accounting or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Professional discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles (preferred but not required).
