Program Overview: The Summer Administrative Resident Program at MMHC offers a unique opportunity for emerging healthcare leaders to gain hands-on experience in mental healthcare management. Over the course of the summer, Residents will engage in focused project assignments aimed at supporting strategic initiatives and furthering our organizational mission. By collaborating closely with senior management and participating in management activities, Residents will gain valuable insights into the dynamic landscape of mental health management.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Summer Administrative Resident position at MMHC should possess:
Enrolled in a Master's degree in Health Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent from an accredited university.
Strong competencies in project management, customer focus, change management, communication, problem-solving, organization and planning, initiative, and curiosity.
Passion for the mission of MMHC to deliver high quality behavioral health services, develop the next generation of behavioral health practitioners, and advocate for behavioral health in the communities we serve.
Bias to action with a willingness and desire to lead the way, develop new skills, and take ownership for outcomes.
Aversion to bureaucracy and process-for-the-sake-of-process
