A large health care facility in the Bay Area is looking for a Facilities Manager to join their team. The Facilities Management department contains professionals responsible for facilities totaling over two million square feet in the portfolio. The Facility Manager II performs routine risk assessments, ensures maintenance of facilities, leads facility-related projects, and supports larger construction projects, all while ensuring Environment of Care standards and codes. FM serves as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams and leads enterprise-wide facility impact communications different stakeholders and team members.

Ability to understand the terms of a contract for facilities maintenance or repair and ensure that work is performed accordingly to that contract.
Knowledge of regulations, procedures or technical reference materials relating to building maintenance.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ yrs of experience as a Facilities Manager, facilities project manager, Facilities EHS Manager or related field.
PowerPoint experience.
Ability to delegate and follow up on communication with different stakeholders and contractors.
Experience with PM management
Construction facility background. Industrial or facility background.
Bachelor's Degree Required.
