Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including opening/closing procedures and reception duties.
Coordinate daily office lunches for 50 employees on in-office days (Tuesday-Thursday).
Maintain and stock office supplies, snacks, and refreshments.
Set up conference rooms for board meetings and executive meetings.
Oversee incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and vendor coordination.
Assist with administrative projects, including creating Excel, PowerPoint, and Word documents.
Qualifications:
Recent graduate or early-career professional (~1 year of experience).
Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Additional Details:
Hybrid schedule: In-office Tuesday-Thursday; remote Monday and Friday.
Hours: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
