Agile Scrum Consultant - (Southfield, MI with potential international travel)
Customer Product: Safety-critical automotive electronic systems, including advanced sensors that drive innovation in automotive safety. While direct automotive experience is not required, familiarity with ASPICE is a plus. A solid foundation in embedded firmware and test automation is essential to succeed in this role.
Role Overview:
Step into a pivotal role as an Agile Software and DevOps Coach/Consultant, where you will:
Diagnose and Triage: Evaluate the current state of the development process, identifying opportunities for impactful change.
Drive Transformation: Implement improvements through hands-on coaching, change management strategies, and Agile best practices.
Teach and Empower: Equip teams with the tools, processes, and knowledge to optimize efficiency in software development and DevOps.
What We're Looking For:
15+ years of industry experience in software development and process improvement.
Certified Scrum Master credentials and deep expertise in Agile frameworks.
A strong grasp of DevOps practices to bridge the gap between development and operations.
Engagement Length: Approximately 6 months, with the potential for further collaboration.
