Our client, a leading Automotive Service Retailer, is seeking an experienced and professional Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team. Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree in Accounting or related field
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Excellent ability to plan and prioritize work
Previous experience working in a retail-based company
Key Responsibilities:
Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
Organize and file deposit receipts as invoices are paid
Perform daily reconciliation of deposits to cash postings
Prepare reports on delinquent accounts and customer payment profiles
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Examine customer payment plans, payment history, and credit lines to resolve collections
Perform account reconciliations and generate age analysis
Investigate and resolve customer and store queries
Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail, or in person
Process adjustments as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
