Required Skills
12+ years of Business Analyst experience.
5+ years of experience in cross-functional project management in large technical organizations Implementations client facing organizations and product management.
Analytical skills required to determine cause and effect related to service delivery of complex bank solutions.
Understanding of support levels and severity as well as root cause analysis skills to determine resolution to problems when they arise.
Strong knowledge of banking domain a plus.
Strong knowledge of financial services industry.
Strong strategic thinking.
Excellent communication skills including strong written and verbal communications C-Level and group presentation skills.
Mandatory Skills
Experience in Banking Transformation projects.
Ability to interact with developers, understand logic from legacy systems, and implement it into the new system.
Experience in payments & Billing.
