The main function is to oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle, with responsibilities including project design, scope management, cost control, quality and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities and Duties • Assist manager with tracking of projects • Influence design • Help HM organize stake holders • Setting up meetings, making sure right individuals are on call • Meetings notes and take aways • HM will share vision and goal; individual will learn to understand and anticipate needs for the group • Understand objectives and drive projects • Create Project plans • Work strategy and push forward • Ability to build partnerships with all levels of the organization, will work with many different groups and competing priorities between groups. • Adept at navigating different communication styles, tactfully navigating difficult conversations
Educational and Work Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a business or other non-technical field such as Finance, Accounting, or Administration or equivalent work experience. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. • PMP or PMI certification
