This assignment will be 100% onsite during the ramp up period. Once completed, this will move to a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Minimum 2 years experience with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is responsible for managing small and medium business customers who advertise on the Bing search engine through paid search ads. They operate an experimentation and incubation space to test programs that support, service, and sell advertising to customers and engage directly with these customers to provide account management and optimization advice.
This team also develop documentation and training materials to hand off successful programs to scaled operations, such as call centers. Additionally, the team works on independent project tasks, such as reviewing customer feedback on the ads copilot and collaborating with engineering to improve the tool.
Key projects: This role will contribute to: • Running experiments to test new advertising support and service programs. • Developing job aids, training materials, and knowledge-based articles for scaled operations. • Reviewing and analyzing customer feedback on the ads copilot to enhance its capabilities and address customer needs. • Engaging in project work that includes heads-down, independent tasks like documentation and process improvement. • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of: • Meetings: Attending one or two meetings daily. • Experiment/Incubation Work: Spending the bulk of the day (6 to 6.5 hours) on tasks related to experiments or incubation projects. This can involve training, collaborating, writing, calling customers, sending emails, or researching customers. • Planning and Organizing: Allocating some time for planning, organizing, and managing emails. • Customer Interaction: Preparing for and making calls to customers, following up with emails, and using scheduling tools to set up further conversations. • Documentation: Working on job aids and documentation to streamline processes. • Collaboration: Collaborating with team members, especially when in the office, to work on projects and share insights.
