Collaborate with the CIO to develop and manage the Project Portfolio.
Work with the CIO and senior management to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
Lead the requirements gathering process, working closely with business owners, business analysts, and IT resources.
Create detailed project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resource needs.
Provide guidance to management, reviewing project proposals, budgets, staffing requirements, resource allocation, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
Coordinate and oversee project teams, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing issues or risks.
Conduct post-project evaluations, offering insights and recommendations for future projects.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
Support project governance and maintain the project dashboard for the department.
Assist the IT team with administrative tasks using the Information Systems Project Management Tool.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Expertise in project management methodologies and tools. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
Solid understanding of business process improvements, including Change Management, Work Prioritization, Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Continuous Improvement practices.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Education and Experience:
PMP or Agile certification is required.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a successful track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.
