This position at Spartan Graphics serves as the point of contact for customers regarding marketing and advertising projects. Customer Service Representatives manage projects from estimating through order entry, scheduling, manufacturing and the shipping process. This position is a detail-oriented position that focuses on activities to increase customer loyalty.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Forge strong customer relationships by being an engaged resource for their projects and problems
Respond with a sense of urgency and clarity to customer requests
Establish and communicate lead times
Create job sequences for production and subcontracts, based on estimate.
Maximize profit while balancing customer price acceptance
In coordination with sales, coordinate pre project services such as new concept design
Manage pre-production steps and the order entry process to ensure details regarding customer requirements are accurately communicated to manufacturing
Actively participate in production meetings as a customer advocate
Check proofs for accuracy when sending out for approval
Communicate customer approvals to ensure work quickly transitions to production
Coordinate and communicate fulfillment requirements resulting in a seamless client experience
Coordinate client-supplied information for kitting projects analyzing detail to ensure accuracy
Requirements:
2-year degree or equivalent experience in the print or business field.
