Allied Resources is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin to join a utility company in the Reading PA area. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining financial operations, administrative tasks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Admin will manage financial records, assist with administrative duties, and support the mission to provide reliable services.
Job Responsibilities:
Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, budgets, and documentation.
Manage office operations, including filing, correspondence, and maintaining records.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for board meetings.
Handle customer billing inquiries, process payments, and issue statements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting, business administration, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
