Nexus Towers, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential support to the CEO in a fast-paced environment. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be a key member of our team, supporting the CEO & COO in driving the company's strategic initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a professional demeanor and the capability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's schedule & calendar
Communication Management: This includes screening and prioritizing incoming calls, texts, social media accounts and emails as well as drafting written communications, representing the CEO's office professionally.
Manage and maintain the CEO's sales pipeline & CRM database.
Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress updates.
Planning, Organizing & Providing Strategic Support to CEO & COO
Coordinate and Manage events, tradeshows and sponsorships
Other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant experience supporting C-level executives
College Degree
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint & PowerPoint).
Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM system
Excellent calendar management skills with a keen ability to prioritize tasks.
Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
