The candidate must be comfortable leading from the front and also doing some physician recruitment as well.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct workforce planning to meet current and future staffing needs for clinical and non-clinical roles.
Analyze market trends, competitor benchmarks, and industry innovations to refine recruitment strategies.
Talent Acquisition:
Oversee all phases of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Build partnerships with educational institutions, professional associations, and community organizations to develop talent pipelines.
Implement advanced sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with department heads, hiring managers, and senior leadership to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.
Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress, workforce trends, and hiring challenges.
